The mission of the Partnership for Volunteer Impact is to create an innovative collaboration to increase
volunteerism in the four county market area. Our goals include: increasing the capacity of volunteer organizations to involve volunteers effectively.
As part of this goal area, the partnership will be holding capacity-building workshops for volunteer leaders and managers in each county:

"Lead the Way: Building Volunteer Leadership to Increase Capacity"
Join us for this interactive workshop facilitated by Hands On Portland to learn more about how to make a bigger impact by increasing the involvement of your volunteers. You'll learn succesful models and techniques for building leadership, create an inventory of ways to increase impact through leadership development and share and learn with your colleagues. (1 day, 2 hour session)
